Our professional team of house cleaners are trained to pay attention to every little detail, thoroughly cleaning all the areas, including the main entryway, bedrooms, hallways, kitchen, bathrooms and all the appliances, all the floors, baseboards, windows, doors, and trim.

They will also have their own cleaning supplies that you or the homeowners won’t need to purchase.

If you want your home to look its best for the listing photos, you might need a prelisting clean.

This is a service that gives your home a special touch, making it shine and sparkle.

***A prelisting clean does not cover cleaning or dusting of walls, trim, baseboards or windows,

but it does take care of everything else.

Prelisting 
DEEP CLEAN ADD ON 

A deep clean goes beyond the surface and tackles the hidden dirt and dust in the home.
It involves cleaning or dusting the walls, trim, baseboards, blinds and inside of windows,
as well as other areas that are often overlooked.

A deep clean is necessary when the home has not been maintained regularly by the occupants,
or when there are factors that contribute to more dirt and clutter, such as the number of people and pets living in the house, the amount of furniture and decorations, and the original state of cleanliness or clutter.

Our Deep Clean add on covers the cleaning or dusting of walls, trim, baseboards or windows,

their new home is clean and safe to move into.

Deep Cleans include everything in the Basic Package
PLUS :

  • All walls, corners (dusted)

  • Doors, Trim, Moldings, and window sills (hand washed or wiped)

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

  • Ceiling fan blades (washed)

  • Light fixtures (hand washed in place / not removed)

  • Blinds and shutters ( hand washed)

  • Furniture (washed- fronts, sides, legs

  • Tub / Shower tiles (double scrubbed if build up)

  • Vacuuming all carpet crevices (along the edges where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect                                             

*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted w/an extension duster.
